I've been a long time customer of timbuk2. I've used them for school, over loading them with books. I've used them to go to the store over loading them with food. The have been great. The old ones have been good firends, that work all the time. No problems at all. I just got a new one with some great new features, I like it a lot. The new one is an XL and has lots of room for everything I need and is not to heavy. Very well made.
Do not waste your money. The product shoots out of the bottle going evrywhere and leaves your skin more wrinkles if you wear any makeup or concealer.
