I have fine hair, but a lot of it! And curly. I don't WANT curly. I read ever word of instructions and it still fried the ends of my hair and left it all over dry. I couldn't wait for my hair to grow out so the ends could be cut off (about an inch). Bottom-line.. this is not for fine hair. It can't take the strong chemical no matter how good your hair condition is. I have it TWO stars only because it did relax it some and with coarse hair maybe the product would work better. I won't do this again!!
I've had this hot plate for almost 2 months and have no complaints this far. The look and feel of it far surpasses the $10-15 hot plates you find at local stores. It is very heavy and sturdy, and the legs don't wobble.
The mouse worked correctly and was great at first and only one week later after purchased the primary mouse bottom became weak and I was unable to feel comfortable using it. I sent the product back to amazon and have yet received my refund.
It's funny, I tried this same product about 15 years ago and remember it not sticking/bonding with my existing hair. Well, between now and then, they must have fixed something. I usually shower at night and started applying this before bedtime (it sounds stupid, I know). But I wanted to illustrate the point that my pillow has no black powdery marks from it when I wake up. This stays affixed to my existing hair so well overnight that I don't need to reapply any more in the morning when brushing my hair.
