This Doctor knows what he is talking about, and my wife and I are proof of that. Basically we have been following good eating habits for many years, and I am 74 and my wife 71. I have the cell food to work for me, but I use 12 drops in the morning instead of 8. It is subtle in its effects, but my energy level is improved and do not get as tired as I used to get. Sometimes I use 12 drops twice a day, if I have an especially busy day. When I used 8 drops I did not notice any difference.
