I read a lot of the reviews and I purchased the cross bars for my 2014 jeep grand cherokee. I installed the the other day (took 10 minutes tops) I did read about the poor quality hardware however i didn't have a problem with it at all. (however i did use my own allen wrench and not the one supplied with the bars). today I drove into work about a 40 minute drive at highway speeds and not even a peep from the bars as far as a whistle goes. the supplied instructions were very vague, i read them after the install but if you have a little common sense and some mechanical skill you can easily install them without the instructions.
