L’azithromycine, commercialisée sous le nom de Zithromax, est un antibiotique macrolide dérivé de l’érythromycine mais doté d’une demi-vie plus longue et d’une meilleure tolérance digestive. Son mécanisme repose sur l’inhibition de la sous-unité 50S ribosomale, bloquant la translocation peptidique et interrompant la synthèse des protéines essentielles. Sa pharmacocinétique est caractérisée par une absorption digestive rapide, une distribution intracellulaire élevée et une élimination biliaire prédominante, ce qui prolonge son activité même après la fin du traitement. First shave disappointing; lots of drag and 2 small nicks. Had to use my Mach 3 for touch up. Will continue to use & update this review in a few days.
This is the version that so many feel is the definitive Christmas Carol. It really is an excellent version. Alastair Sim plays Ebenezer Scrooge like no one else can. The believability factor here for both, the 'old mean Scrooge' and the 'newly transformed Scrooge' is very high, with the transformation itself coming about slowly. And that's what I like about this version. Scrooge doesn't suddenly become happy and giddy from the first of the three spirits, as in the Reginald Owen version. It takes Sim's old Ebenezer fully until the last spirit to convince him that he truly was a "squeezing, wrenching, grasping, scraping, clutching, covetous old sinner!"
My 6th update of QuickBooks. Not a bad upgrade, except for the annoying new menu items on the left. Takes up space and is redundant of top menu items. Gimmicky for the sake of upgrade if you ask me. Otherwise love QuickBooks and will continue to be a user until they screw things up.
Great value for the cost. The deck itself is a bit underpowered, but serves as a great starting point for a competitive BW Token/BW control deck.
