And sure enough, after my brother had a similar test like mine, we saw his gut had a few pathogenic parasites, an overgrowth of Candida Albicans, and very high IgG and IgA responses to dairy. After I put him on a paleo like diet the results were amazing. It was an instant improvement, the changes in his mood and cognitive capabilities were more than we could have ever expected. This well-written book has a wealth of information about the importance of gut health from a very credible and passionate medical professional. The 25 page bibliography is a testament to the quality and validity of the book. I love this book, and I just wish everyone were aware about the information inside.

i used one of these pens by mistake, thinking i was reaching for my "BIC Xtreme Pagemaster 9000". i was only going to write a quick note to the wife and leave it on the fridge but what followed was the most sensitive, heartfelt letter to my dead gerbil (whom i hadn't thought of in thirty years) that i could have imagined. unending torrents of emotion poured out of me, and when it stopped i was in a ball on the kitchen floor, crying my eyes out. there's no way a man should be allowed around these pens. we're just not wired to withstand all those...feelings.

I can't say enough about Slick 50 All in one. If you use it once you'll throw away all of your other lubricants. It beats every other brand because unlike most lubricants, it's Teflon based, which is the slickest solid known to man. Just try it!

I must say that I'm not overly impressed with these, I don't get the caffeine kick. But I think I have a pretty high tolerance to caffeine. I feel tired all the time on them. They give me heart burn pretty badly and I have to wait for hours after taking them before I go to the gym others I feel like I'm dying. I'll keep taking them for now and see if things improve

I was hesitant to invest in this but was trying to do a good deed for my friend who sells it. I could immediately tell a difference in skin tone, any fine crevasses were minimized, and my face had a healthy glow to it. I waited two weeks and decided to buy a box...best decision. Sunday facials : )
