Total crap product. The motor is so weak it stops as soon as you apply the slightest amount of pressure. Instructions say you're supposed to barely apply pressure, but then it just doesn't do much at all. I'm not trying to spend half an hour gently going over the same area over and over again just to make it slightly smoother. Anyway I bought a few different things and the best one is the Sof Feet Callus Reducer. Seriously, don't waste your time with this.
