I wanted to loose 50-60 lbs. I lost 40 on nutrimost system and then took 6 weeks off the VLCD. I started taking these because I finished the drops from nutrimost and was off the program. 2 weeks ago I started back into the VLCD portion of the nutrimost system with the only exception being these drops. I have lost an additional 10 pounds in 2 weeks. This product is a good substitute for the drops that come with the nutrimost system. The dosage is the same .5 ml = 10 drops under tongue. There are some differences in the ingredients so it isn't really a true substitute. However, the bulk of the ingredients are the same. Glad I bought it and I see know reason why I will not loose the additional 10 lbs.
It has a very good price compared to a music store. I have noticed no difference between this oil and any other oils I have used. Al Cass oil has about 43% more oil in it than the small, expensive bottles I used to buy.
A solid 3 stars... For the price I really like this shampoo. It smells amazing. Best smelling shampoo I have ever found. EVER. It Has a nice lather and makes my hair feel soft afterwards BUT not as soft as the oliva Capelli from the same brand. I feel I need a little more conditioner afterwards. Because of that I can't give it more stars.
Solid roof rack, I trust it to hold in place and it held up well on a 3 hour drive each way to the ski mountain. The positioning of the stands was a little difficult to understand from the directions and I was not able to match their spacing on the back rack. A little adjustment though and it works perfectly. Seems pretty easy to remove and reattach. Docking one star because of the difficulty in initial configuration.
