After installing this product my 5 year old Dell inspiron ran very slowly when online and kept giving me high performance warnings every 5 minutes. I uninstalled the program and was going to reinstall hoping that I would have the option to leave out some of the software components that were slowing down my system. When I tried to reinstall from the software library on Amazon, it went through its whole process and gave me an error at the end saying it was unable to install. I tried this twice and wasted alot of time. I am disappointed with Amazon for not having a return action for this product as I am very dissapointed.
I've been using this case for a week and I have to say I love it! This was the case that I should have had from the beginning. The texture of the surface feels so nice and not slippery. It looks kinda like jean which looks descent. All the holes on the sides are properly made, and Apple pencil holder is really killer feature. I thought it may cause Pencil slip out by accident, but no, it holds it really well. Recommended!

I bought the 2-year agreement and wish I hadn't. I had difficulty with the installation and am still not sure everything is installed right. I know little about computers, but I know that the Norton product was easy to install, easy to understand and had the ability to choose to scan and then shut down the computer (great for at the end of the day). Bitdefender may have this, I don't know. It was easy on Norton, and if Bitdefender does have this option, I haven't found it. I switched because I felt Norton slowed down my computer. I haven't seen much difference with Bitdefender. It may do a great job of keeping my computer secure, but I have no way of knowing (or can't figure out how to tell). I would not buy it again.
