We live in an RV and normally, I can hand wipe the small amount of vinyl flooring we have. The main reason we got this was so that we could refresh and sanitize the carpets. In an RV, you don't want to steam clean the carpets often since it can make the wood floor weak and possibly moldy. We have 3 kitties under the age of 1 year and occasionally one of them steps into messes in their litter box and then track it around the camper. I wasn't sure how to clean the carpet better then spot treating, but knew I had to do something. I had a Shark steam mop when we lived in a house and it was okay, but I wasn't aware of the newer versions of mops that had the carpet glider option. I was very intrigued and did a ton of research and reading up on all the different models. I finally decided to give the HAAN SI-70 a go because I liked the handheld feature so that I could steam the furniture, pillows, mattresses, etc. It was a bonus that when I did decide, it happened to be on sale for $98!
OK product, but l recently found another product that takes the colostrum in the first 12 hours and seems to be more potent.
This is a nice comprehensive but accessible guide to the publishing industry. Great for those just starting out. Included are articles by published authors giving advice on a variety of pertinent topics. The thing I feel with this rather thick book in my hands is that writing as a career is really possible. Lists of agents and publishers round out the offering. A new one is published each year, and their website is also helpful, but a good deal of the info in the 2012 edition is still relevant.
Sorry, after being a customer of Bitdefender for 4 years I've decided to go with another product. Bitdefender has many problems and bugs that have existed for a long time without remediation. They claim to have excellent customer support, but as a current customer with over 15 unanswered tickets in the past year alone, I have to say their service is terrible, lousy, rotten; meaning their commitment to their customers non-existent. No follow-ups, no replies to queries about open status. If you go to their online forums, all you'll find are unhappy customers who don't get answers.
Has provided peace of mind for us this winter as we'll be alerted when the power goes out. Works as described 100%.
