I purchasaed a mega system about 15 months ago. I started noticing some small stress cracks a while back and then a few days ago a huge break in the side occurred and the canister is no longer usable. Thinking this was a big loss, as more than 1 year (warranty) had passed, I did take a shot and called the company who makes the Ninja system and simply explained the situation and told them that it looked like this was a known problem (as I had found similar complaints online with stress cracks). They are sending me a replacement canister for free. This is good customer service, so I am giving this a 4-star review. But I wonder how long this new canister will last now? THe rest of the system seems to be in good working order and the motor base is powerful. It blends up my smoothies nicely and is a nice alternative to the VItamix as far as the price goes.
Love this stuff. It's not for everyone. If you have a course texture this will work for you. Normal gel just didn't have the holding power like this does. It leaves my curls looking defined and wet looking all day. Before finding this, my wet look only lasted a few hours and then frizz, so it would end up in a pony tail every day (which causes breakage). Since I've been using this my hair has grown much longer because I can wear it down more. I do have to use a super moisturizing leave in condition before applying this, otherwise it's too crunchy.

Its a good tool to jump start your weight loss. After the 14 day fast, i will move on as the product is expensive & i prefer small meals throughout the day. I lost 10lbs the 1st three days.however I have 65lbs to go so the more you weigh the faster it'll come off. I was hungry after about 2 hrs of drinking the shake. I had headaches too. It wasnt real unbareable bcuz i am determined to lose weight again! The first week I made mine with almond milk, tsp unsweeten cocoa, 2 tsp olive oil & 8 tbsp of Almased. Next week I Will try water only as they say best results with water.
