We bought this blender to replace a classic handed down from Grandma that was on it's last days. The ninja did not disappoint, and is perfect for our use, which is daily preparation of frozen breakfast smoothies, similar to the Jamba Juice, very thick variety. We blend lots of frozen fruit and ice and this blender does a great job, with minimal work and no chunks of unblended material. The six blade design is ingenious, and we enjoyed the recipes that came with the product.
