Have had this for over 8 years and never had a problem. Got one virus and sent it to them, they had the fix the next day. I would recommend it over all others
I bought my Sole e55 about a year ago. This has one of the best warranty's in the business, and the sheer weight of this thing lets you know it is build to last. The heavy flywheel makes for ultra smooth movement. The programs will give you plenty of challenge, and the user weight capacity is adequate for an NFL lineman on steroids! The e55 has the advantage of a heart rate monitor if you want to do focused heart rate exercises. The reason I stepped up to this model was the flywheel weight, resistance and incline adjustments on the arm bars and most important to me; the infinitely adjustable foot cradles. THIS THING ROCKS, and it is a brutal workout. One general disadvantage you need to think about: I stand probably about 7 1/2 feet tall while on this thing, so be carefull if considering for a low-ceiling environment. It puts me higher in the air than the high quality rear flywheel brands I was considering. However, put it somewhere where you will USE it. I have it in my foyer, so I can turn my plasma towards it and watch TV. When it arrives, it is strapped to a wood pallet and partially assembled. It is very heavy and hard to lift-have strong help. The instructions for assembly were somewhat of a challenge, but not too hard if you have mechanical assembly experience. I used to run on the street and a treadmill I have in my workout room. This is more work than the treadmill, and will keep me healthy and fit for the rest of my life if I can find the discipline.
My son's only complaint was that he didn't know about most of the games - they're so new! Great book!
Depends which side of the aisle you are on - you'll agree and love it or turn it off after 5 minutes. In my case I watched it to the end where in my opinion the predictions made in 2012 for 2016 have all come true.....
