I tried the pills, patch and drink mix . The patch made me itch horribly so I quit that and kept taking the pills. I thought they were giving me more energy, but I agree with others, it wears off. I finally started writing down everything I eat, my symptoms and I have come to the conclusion that I'm not taking these anymore. I'm tired all day and not sleeping at night! Also, someone mentioned no expiration date and so I checked mine and she was right! I'm throwing mine in the garbage!
