The software didn't work on a fresh install of windows 7. It freezes the system and even ctrl-alt-del didn't work. I had to do a complete reinstall.
I LOVE this product. I don't have a bad acne problem ... I had acne that just wouldn't go away no matter what I did along with blackheads on my nose. I know longer have any acne, blackheads and dark spots are clearing as well. I don't follow the directions either. I use Clinque for an eye cream after using the Regime face wash ... then I either combine the lotion and the acne treatment and will avoid my nose. Or, I'll put the acne treatment all over my face, including my nose and then put the lotion on right after. What I'm trying to say is that I don't wait for the acne treatment to dry before I put the lotion on like the directions say and it still worked wonders.
I would drive 50 miles each way to work and back, I would listen to the CD's in the car over and over. I found them very helpful and easy to understand. I would highly recommended them.
