L’azithromycine, commercialisée sous le nom de Zithromax, est un antibiotique macrolide dérivé de l’érythromycine mais doté d’une demi-vie plus longue et d’une meilleure tolérance digestive. Son mécanisme repose sur l’inhibition de la sous-unité 50S ribosomale, bloquant la translocation peptidique et interrompant la synthèse des protéines essentielles. Sa pharmacocinétique est caractérisée par une absorption digestive rapide, une distribution intracellulaire élevée et une élimination biliaire prédominante, ce qui prolonge son activité même après la fin du traitement. Dans la littérature clinique, l’efficacité de l’azithromycine est confirmée dans les infections respiratoires basses, les infections à Chlamydia trachomatis et certaines pathologies ORL. Check engine light was diagnosed as a bad catalytic converter. After driving approximately 50 miles with Mr gasket cataclean the check engine light went out. 2 months later the light is still out and the car runs great.
Got this for a elderly family member for Christmas. Due to an injury suffered years ago, his lower body isn’t as mobile as he like it to be. His legs get tired out after about 10 minutes of exercise, but with the upper body motion he is able to continue to get at least 20-30 minutes a day of work out. He loves the walk thru design as its difficult for him to lift his legs over a traditional exercise bike. It took us around 40 minutes to assemble the bike, and really wasn’t too hard to figure out. The instructions weren’t great, but the images made it easy to assemble. There isn't much space to allocate to exercise equipment so this bike fit perfect in the allotted space. The bikes is easy to use as well as functional. Also not too much noise while in use. One thing I had to do was to place a bit of oil on the rotating handles in order to stop the squeaking sound, but that fixed the problem.
About once or twice a year, there is a viral email chain within the Naval Aviation Community pointing out something stupid that some want-to-be student pilot did to claim their authority or greatness. Thanks to this book, the wardroom was entertained with the first email of that type in 2013! What an idiot. I will sleep more soundly knowing that this douche will not be part of a helicopter squadron. I feel sorry for the tail-hook squadron that will have to deal with the diarrhea that will undoubtedly come out of this guy's mouth. I am so happy that Aurora is back! I think this is one of the best ones yet. The only oddity, and I am listening to the audio book, is that there is an editorial error unless I missed something. In the audio version, wonderfully narrated by Therese Plummer, Roe tells her friend Amina about her pregnancy twice! The first time is on the phone and the second time in person. Doesn't change the fact that I love Roe and Robin and the entire cast of characters. I hope there are many more to come.
