Hydrating! Exactly what one wants from a moisturizer, right? I love that the moisture I get from this product is not greasy at all. It's like a clean moisture, if that makes sense--simple goodness, no muss or fuss. It says "PM" but I use it in the daytime as well. I also own the version with SPF, and the consistency of that version is different from this one. The SPF day version is creamy, whereas this is almost gel-like in consistency. Again, I think why this applies so lightly is because of that consistency. It packs a good punch, though, for something so light in texture. I find my skin is well-hydrated all day with this product, and it helps to impart that glow I love underneath my makeup.
I purchased from the actual FitTea site and it cheaper there. I just got a few days ago so not too far into the detox yet but instantly noticed more energized, not as sleepy or sluggish, I'm craving fruits and veggies more than chips and candy like before, and workouts last longer and are easier. Over all it's not a weight loss product, it's a weight loss SUPPLEMENT product so good diet and exercise are necessary for real results but good tea
