Great product to prevent ingrown hairs. Since using it there is a huge difference. Recently I was asked by the professional who helps with some of my grooming what was I doing because I have no ingrown hairs. I said, "Tend Skin". You cannot exfoliate before using this product. I exfoliate really well once a week. I think apply Tend Skin 2 days later. I apply just once a day. I know there is alcohol in this product, but there is also something else which prevents the ingrown hairs. I highly recommend this product.
I like the Video Trainer series. It's economical, interactive, and instructive. At times, I wish it would go a little faster but at other times I'll go back and repeat a section to make sure I fully understand the program. Great course for those of us with little or no knowledge of the subject, especially Excel.
