I love this product! You do have to follow the instructions , this device is only FDA approved for the face,not any other place on the body. I use it on the highest setting pretty much everyday , the key to not feeling the current is keeping your face moist with the conduction gel and spray.I also use obagi products and this seems to help them work even better! I used to have major age spots around my temples, they have completely disappeared! I have noticed a tightening, pore reduction , smoothness and a wondeRful glow. I recommend a before and after picture, I did notice a reduction in my smile lines after the first use! Now if you are looking for a miracle face lift , this is not a device to use, the procedure for you would be thermage. I'm very happy with the results!

This does not work on a 2014. The black s trip on the rain grad is solid on the 2014. Have to cut it to make a space to attach. Directions suck

I was looking forward to another Olay product to do what it's supposed to do, BUT, as one of the other reviews stated, it did not remove my "coarse" chin hair, and removed about 50 percent of my lip hair...For the price of this product, I feel as if the other OTC products for facial hair or sensitive skin work just as well and for a third of the price..I do see the price has already dropped from the $29.99 I paid to $22.99..I will not purchase this again unless the price drops a bit more. Why would I pay this much for something that does not remove those stubborn hairs? Sorry, but thank-you for trying.
