The old version of Avast was great. This new version (2014.9.0.2021) is terrible. Our XP platforms are slowed to a crawl and often freeze up while Avast uses all the cycles. The Avast tech wanted over $100 to fix each platform, claiming it was junk that didn't belong there. Well, if Avast is so damned great, why is it there in the first place? And why won't a deep scan by the new piece of garbage find the problems and fix them?
I've been taking Nature's Way Goldenseal for almost 4 years. It has really helped with my allergies and Amazon has the best price!
First of all I want to say that I really like this product. I do! I think that it would be great for anyone who has finally outgrown the acne stage of their life and wants to deal only with the scars. When I read the description of the product as an acne treatment AND scar treatment I was excited to see if it worked. It sounded like exactly what I needed, something that fights active breakouts while healing old scars. I think that it would work better IN ADDITION TO a really good acne treatment, but for the sake of testing this cream for effectiveness by itself I used this cream alone for two weeks. It couldn't keep up with my skin. I had new breakouts. In fact it was pretty much impossible to see if it worked on the redness and scars because of the lack of control on my current acne, so I was a little disappointed in that. For someone who isn't still breaking out I would say give it a try! It smells lovely, feels nice on the skin, and promises some great results with some powerful medicine! But for those of us who are not past that stage of breaking out it might not be enough on its own. I plan on trying it in addition to the rest of my skin care products next, I just didn't want to review it without testing it thoroughly on its own first. If I get a huge improvement later I promise I will add an update. '
It may just be me but it took me a little bit to really get into this book. I was intrigued from the beginning just not enough that I was absolutely hooked. More like a slow build if you will. BUT as the book progressed i did notice that i was wide eyed and gasping in quite a few places.
