This book has a lot of info to read. You have to cut your sugar and carb intake. This book will give you a lot of ideas to use but, it's up to you to change your eating habits. If your looking for short cuts you will not find them in a book or diet. It takes a life style change in what and how much you eat!!!

From receipt of this book to passing my Technician class test was 9 days. I would recommend further reading (ARRL Handbook for example) to further your knowledge after the test but this book will definitely get you your ticket.
fits well but baby is still a bit too short to see the snacks over the lip of the tray so usage is limited at this point. seems very durable. using with 2014 vista.
