I like the cashmere lavender better than regular lavender it just has a more sweet smell to it. I love that this will blend with just about any other Essence around. As I said before these are very high quality essential oil. This can go on anything from lotions to bath bombs to cleaning supplies just about anything. It's also great to throw in a diffuser and help sleep at night. Overall this is a really great product and I intend on buying it again.
