Run don't walk to get this book and start practicing "Earthing"...I was doing it for 7 months prior to buying this book, I had read about this concept on Mercola.com. I was outside every day stretching for 30-45 minutes a day and noticed a significant difference in the pain in my hip. I live in the Midwest so with winter on the way I was concerned with not being able to stretch outside, so I bought the sheet and could not be happier.

This is a great book. I would say that it is a must read for anyone who wants to understand (as much as possible) our tax system. We can only take advantage of all the offers the IRS provides for us if we are aware of them. This book will help you plan your tax strategy. I did not give it 5 stars because there are several typos in the text, and it is poorly organized. If I were writing this book, I would have first started with explaining how our taxes are set up first, then targeting each area. The way it is currently set up is haphazard and he hits the same topic in several chapters because of how poorly its organized. Still it is a valuable read and worth the money and time to read it.

I've been using this product for about 2 weeks now, not as consistently as I could be... However, I've definitely noticed fuller sets of lashes. Not only fuller, but healthier! My mascara goes on easier, less coats and doesn't clump as much. I also like that it doesn't burn or tighten overnight, I'm always afraid putting stuff around my eyes! I just received this in the mail... I workout eat right 24/7 its my lifestyle ive been wanting to try one of these belt out since I had my son almost 8 months ago to assist my workouts.
