There's a bit of a time lag, even when you hook it up to external speakers. MUCH better when you do that though. I Think it's a bit better for guitar than bass. It comes with a pretty good selection of songs stock, but you have the option to purchase from a really nice library of songs.
This simple device has saved me (and my small children) the agony of using a bulb syringe when they were congested. My kids were are small to blow their noses effectively, if at all and this baby-vac allowed me to remove the excess mucus in seconds. AMAZING!!

The sprayer broke after one use. I love this hairspray any other time so maybe it was just a bad batch.
