Panel is good and I like it however it does have some issues with the switches not working properly. Any switch that has two switches in FSX it will only work one switch at a time. It will just take time to work out the bugs. I love Saitek products and the support staff is great.

just a tab bit neccesary for anyone who wants to take step 1, rates different books and qbanks in the back prety accurate supplement with rx and kaplan qbank because they tell you where the question is coming form (what page) which helps you memorize the book easier and of course then the best and most neccesary usmle world which doesnt tell you the page of the question
I took one pill before bed and I woke up in the middle of the night my throat swollen shut. Had to take a allergy pill immediately. I cannot recommend this product. It is potentially dangerous and should be pulled.
