GODS of Victorio Kitchen, who dared to believe in a dream, where no longer are we shackled to the chains that is slicing bananas day in, and day out, despairing as we relinquish all hopes of ever cutting the banana into that fabled perfect sliced size. No longer do our husbands righteously beat us mercilessly for delivering them uneven and uneatable slices of that sweet sweet potassium in their cereal, a fate no man should suffer, yet so many do; and no longer do our children spit on us for making them eat bananas whole at school, whilst teachers and students alike point and ridicule them as they use their teeth like dirty plebs to obtain the bite size pieces necessary to consume the banana. This dream was finally realized with the invention of the 571B Banana Slicer, the invention that will define our century, an unmatched monument of how far we have come, and how little we have yet to go now, with the most grandest of challenges for humanity finally and most spectacularly solved. If you battle arthritis like me, this is a lifesaver!! It is so easy to use. I filled it with my favorite peppercorn mix. It is easy to fill and set to desired level of grind. Once filled, just flip and squeeze the handle to dispense. It takes minimal effort to dispense. Fresh pepper adds so much flavor to any dish so this is a great addition to the kitchen. Disclaimer I received this product for free or at a reduced price in exchange for my honest opinion.
I purchased this product because my nails are always brittle and break easily plus I would love for my hair and skin to look more healthy. I am very sensitive to scents and the scent of these are really bad they made me gag as soon as i removed the safety seal. They are rather large but that typically does not bother me as I am used to vitamins being larger in size but i could not get the pass the smell and the taste I did take them for a couple days about 5-6 days total and during that time I really didn't' notice much a difference but after that I stopped taking them and will not be continuing as they didn't help and due to the taste/smell was just to much for me.
I'd asked my stylist how to prevent brittle split ends from forming so quickly after my cuts, and he recommended this product. I love it. It is thick but not greasy and doesn't weigh down even my fine hair. He recommended applying after towel drying and rubbing through the ends, up to but not over the scalp. And it really has made a difference in terms of shine, texture, and preventing split ends.
I bought this brewer knowing about the DRM on it. A small square of paper colored with a neon Sharpie taped under the sensor will allow any cup and also open up the entire menu for those that want to brew a 12 or 16 oz cup. My issue lies with the build of the 2.0. My initial brewer would not brew a carafe. While waiting for the new reservoir to "fix" this, the brewer when turned on started pumping cold water everywhere. Keurig sent a new brewer. Again, it would not brew a carafe. It also would not brew 2 cups in a row. Got the oops on the 2nd cup despite the appropriate kcup. Kuerig sent a 2nd replacement. That one was dead on arrival. Got a 3rd replacement. This one does not brew a carafe either. Keurig sent ANOTHER new reservoir. Of course, this did not fix the problem. I'm not an engineer, but I'm pretty sure this is a sensor issue, not a reservoir issue. Now today, the usually clicky pump is giving out...long periods of silence during brewing and only 1/2 cups. Only spits out an ounce of water on the hot water setting as well. All of this in the span of 2 months. I cannot recommend this brewer until the bugs are worked out. I've gone to eBay and purchased several 1.0 models. ( Gave my workhorse B66 away when I bought the 2.0 ) I saw that Keurig is giving out free 2.0's on their Facebook page. Expect an onslaught of glowing reviews soon!
I received .50 oz super revitalizing serum (do not see it pictured even) and got charged $89.85 without being able to easily see I was "signed up" for monthly shipments! Cannot afford this rip off.
