My daughter received Leappad for her 6th birthday. I was debating Leappad or explorer turned out great choice. Camera and video function let my daughter create many stories. We have iPad at home but we always have to supervise content. With Leappad no need to worry all the content very educational. I was thinking of psp or iPod but this is way better for money value. We live in NZ my only wish is that we could get pink carry bag ship this was as we got the hard case the zip bit difficult to open close. At the end I end up getting explorer for my 3 years old daughter, best part they can share games and they love pet pal 2.
I love this thing. I have chronic sinus and allergy issues, the doc recommended sinus irrigation but pouring water into my nose freaks me out. The hubby found this thing and bought for me. It sat on my counter for 2 days because I thought it was scary. JUST DO IT. Yes, it's weird the first couple times. Yes, there's a bit of a learning curve. Took me about 3 days to get it right 100% of the time. Use warm water, not cool, make sure the nose pillows are in the nose good and then say aaahhhhhh (to close the soft palate at the back of the throat, so water doesn't run down your throat). Then just relax, breathe through the mouth, and wait until it's done, which is all of 30 seconds or so. It's over before you know it, it feels nice, and breathing afterwards is WONDERFUL. I've had less sinus headaches since I've started using it. I highly recommend it!
I love Hallmark Card Studio 2008 Deluxe and I thought I would update last year to the 2011. It has great graphics love the designs and let me boys go nuts creating their own cards, but there are so many issues when you save and then go back to it. Let alone there is always a corrupt file and I have to keep turning off my Anti-Virus and then turning it back on. It's more work than it is worth. Even though I just if I like a card save it and then put it in my 2008 Card Studio. I am giving Hallmark the benefit of the doubt and buying 2012 Card Studio when it comes out, but don't bother with 2011. Sorry this is months too late, but I just figured I would write a review while I am thinking about it.
I have been using Quickbooks for years. I purchase it each year for the payroll portion. Cheaper than purchasing them upgrade and payroll separately

Sometimes it's a hard lesson for kids to learn because not all pigs carry billy clubs and wear body armor. I applaud the people who created this toy for finally being hip to our changing times. Little children need to be aware that not all smiling faces and uniforms are friendly. I noticed that my child is now more interested in current events. Just the other day he asked me why we had to forfeit so much of our liberties and personal freedoms and I had to answer "well, it's because the terrorists have already won". Yes, they have won.
