I began using this product last winter as my leave-in and it worked wonders on my hair. I usually use about a quarter size finger full on each section of freshly washed damp hair (after it has dried a bit under a t-shirt)and add either grapeseed or olive oil to seal it; braid/twist it over night to dry. The next day I spritz it a bit with water then add a moisturizer then hair butter (once or twice I've used ECO styling gel on top of the butter/milk/styler) and have never had problems with flakes or had white balls of product build up in my hair by combining the products (although I have heard many others who have experienced this problem). It has a very pleasant light scent that lingers but doesn't bother me as I am not too sensitive to fragrances; it has a creamy somewhat thick consistency that melts into my hair as I apply it.
I ALSO have an old Gerber boot knife from the early 1980's and the quality is night and day different. The older one used a carbon steel and a very graceful taper from a 1/4" thick base. It was a rather high quality knife for a line-production offering. This knife is .125": about 1/2 as thick. The old one had a well made leather thumb-break sheath; this one has, well a functional plastic one that is a bit over complex for a shank.
Webroot stopped working. I was suspicious when after months, it was not picking up anything.I purchased the professional version for all our computers. Finally, I had to take my laptop to my local IT guys to clean it. When I got home, I ran a scan and it picked up 26 viruses. Now a month later after running the longer scans and not picking up any viruses, I am infected again I am sure because webroot won't open to do a scan. On top of that, customer service has yet to email me back after other exchanges in trying to get this fixed. The phone wait time is 50 minutes or more. I am now going to have to spend more money to get it cleaned. I will change to another provider. Terrible product and service.
