I really like this app. I have bought a lot of items from there. While yes it has taken a. While to receive the items, I have gotten every item I ordered except one. Even then, wish contacted me because they knew I did not get the item so they have me a full refund and a gift card. I also had one product I ordered that did not fit. Rather than sending it back they just asked me to send them a photo of the item and the packaging it came in and they would give me a full refund. Within 5 hours of sending the requested photos, the refund was granted. Yes the sizes will be small if they are coming overseas. Just be sure to order a size or two larger than what you normally order. I really like this app and I will continue to use it. I have recommended it to all of my friends. If you are worried about purchasing something, my recommendation is to get something small and inexpensive, see if you like it, then decide if you would continue to order from the app.
I tried one of these once and ordered my own immediately. It seems to work like the spinal decompression machines that chiropractors advertise and really relaxes your back, immediately. The people who's machine I used were raving about it and said it really helped their back pain. There are lots of videos on the YouTube that explain how it works, which someone might want to watch before ordering. (UPDATE): November 17, 2009 - Received my own back machine and am using it after doing 'Bootcamp' at the gym and having my back so tight and beat up that I thought I might have to stop going...it seems to relax the back to where you aren't tensing the muscles and you can stretch it out. If you go to Chiropractors I think this is what they call a 'release', where the tension goes away enough to where you can stretch your back and get it loosened up. Anyway, I've had really good luck with it. No matter what sort of back problems you have it seems like having something to relax your back would be helpful. The videos (on Youtube) indicate that its more for long term relief, but so far the short term relief seems good. UPDATE: July 24, 2010: Found what this is best for...I noticed that every time I'd use it (sometimes twice in a row) that I would sleep really well...I hadn't realized how a stiff neck keeps you awake. So now I use it regularly just to sleep more relaxed. After using this and being more able to do 'core exercises' in bootcamp, I'd reclassify myself as someone who doesn't have back problems, or at least 2 or 3 on a scale of 10. The 'Sarge' at Bootcamp has been convinced by some back surgeon that what he needs is to have his spine fused...I gave him the brochure for this and hoping he'll try it instead or at least get some chiropractic advice...me, I'm going with this!
Love the taste and nutritional value. My only complaint is that some of the protein always sticks to the side of a cup when mixing. I definitely recommend this product!
Always put these around car windows. No directions for mounting but take 5 minutes and place around window and easy to figure out. Look nice and work well
On the whole, I would say that this is really an excellent book, although I don't agree with all that he says and I doubt that any man would. But the fundamental premise about men returning to their "Alpha" traits and improving themselves is refreshingly honest and very accessible. I'm using many of the principles in this book with great success and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
Bought this to resurface my mom's kitchen and two bathroom countertops. Prep was labor intensive, application was easy but makes a huge mess with color chips. She has had nothing but great compliments from realtors and buyer. Lots of sanding but for 2 kits to resurface kitchen and two bathroom countertops ($400) is alot cheaper than new solid surface countertops.
this product makes my scalp feel nice and tingly, like a breath of fresh air. Love this stuff i'll keep watching to see how it works on my hair.
