The product itself is the best choline you're gonna find out there... As for the effects of the choline itself, don't expect crazy mind-enhancing effects, but it certainly makes you work better if you had a choline deficiency in your diet (as I did). It also improves sleep specially if taken right before going to sleep (I take 500mg a dat before going to bed).
Be aware folks that some of these 5 star ratings may be tainted by Flex Belt's marketing practices. When you buy one, you are encouraged to go to amazon and rate it 5 stars, and in return, you get free replacement gel pads. I'm not saying the belt doesn't work, the jury is still out for me. But when I go read reviews, I want to know that the reviews are honest and unbiased. These may not be, and for that, I give this product 1 star.

this actually works.you just apply it on area wait a few minutes then wash it off and bam the hair is gone. so pain less and quick. way better than shaving or waxing. it does smell a little weird but nothing a wash with soap cant fix. i love this product. and with an awesome price i =for sure recommend it.
Maybe I should've seen the actual size in the product specs, but this antennae is way shorter than I expected. The pinky sized accessory wouldn't bother me do much if it had worked well at all. FM comes in ok, but good luck listening to AM. I ordered the 13" stubby that's also available on amazon and it works great and looks better.
