I upgrade every 2-3 years and this time we upgraded to the multi user (3) with the option of going to 5 users if needed. We are a family run business and have used QB for over 10 years but needed a software for sales, invoicing, book-keeping and eventually a CRM component. Most of the sales/CRM programs out there cost thousands of dollars and require monthly or annual memberships with a lot of initial set-up. QB is easy to use and easy to teach to new employees. We were able to upgrade and use the current information without any interruption to business. This new version allows us to track our customer orders, track potential leads and automatically add them into our customer list and allows us to set up the desktop specific to each users needs i.e. - sales dept vs. bookkeeping. The help menu has also improved and provides a blog/link to additional information if needed.
I was very excited to receive this. I have used the Earthly Body's Argan Hair Oil for a few years now and loved it. I decided it was time to try out the rest of their products, and using my birthday gift card, ordered myself this set. Firstly, I received not a shampoo and a conditioner as advertised, but two conditioners. I was pretty bummed, and sent in a notice to the sellers, but received ZERO response back, and I wasn't able to return part of the package without sending it all back in, so I guess I'm stuck with it all. So that was a major disappointment, I wanted to try the shampoo. Secondly, the conditioner is REALLY thick, like takes 5 minutes to rinse it and it still feels greasy thick. So I have not one but TWO bottles of conditioner I won't be using.
I've used the PC version of this program. This is far, far easier to use. Perhaps it because it doesn't do as much. Yet it does more than enough for me. In a sense, this is like QB Lite. I like the version.
