SN 9083200811292037 How disappointed we are in the customer/technical service provided by Navien. Began having problems 2 yrs after unit was installed so it wasn't the installer like Navien wants to think.It worked fine for 2 yrs. So for the past 1 1/2 yrs we have scalding hot water for a few minutes...then cold; freezing cold. We are an older couple who must now take cold showers, do dishes with cold water, etc. We have called Navien tech support numerous times. Some calls they have records of but most they don't. We have spent over $1,000 on different plumbers working on the systems with the assistance of Navien techs. Once Navien did send some new parts, but the installation of those didn't make any difference. We have asked Navien to have a rep or supervisor call us numerous times but that has never happened. SO very disappointed with the Navien company. Of course, now the unit is out of warranty. What do I want for Navien? A company who cares about the satisfaction of their customers. I have never in my 64 yrs....ever encountered such poor customer service. I have never given a negative review, however, I feel I must inform anyone thinking about purchasing any product from this company to go somewhere else. I so wish Navien would do the right thing by us but after 1 1/2 yrs, they've worn us down.
I installed the cross bars on my 2010 EXL and it was a breeze. As other reviews have said the end caps are tricky to remove but with one person inserting the screwdriver and a second pulling it rearward we had them off in 4 minutes. The fit and finish of the product is great but I used Honda's directions for the OEM cross bars to be more helpful (found on google). The whole thing took 30 minutes.
I have a copy of Roxio 10, which was a good program. It had the ability to transfer VHS to DVD. This program does not. Roxio makes a standalone conversion program, at the $50 price point. Sadly, if you want an adapter you need to spend another $50. Had I known this, this version would NOT have been purchased. On the plus side they do have several add-on's which will prove useful in the future. Sole negative, they were not clear on the initial desciption. Will have to spend more money for a different piece of software/hardware to do my transfers. Not nice Roxio!

Who would have thought something so simple could help tp get me in shape. I got the chance to try out Simply Fit Board In exchange for feedback and I have to say, I am delighted! It comes in 4 colors and I picked the blue one. I was surprised at how heavy it was when it arrived! It comes with an instructional workout DVD, but after watching it twice, I no longer need it. I committed to using this product for 2 weeks no matter what and now that I have completed my trial, I want to keep going! The cardio and core workouts I get from it are terrific! Now the only thing I need is to buy one more so my best friend can do my workout along side of me! Added bonus, more than just a workout, I feel like I am dancing when I use Simply Fit Board. It’s so easy to do “The Twist” and so much fun! My 4 year old niece takes the board every time it is not in use and dances all over the living room carpet! It’s nice to know that if used properly, this board is safe for ages 3 and up!
