This product is amazing. If you use the right diet and exercise.. I was 404lbs and went down to about 315lbs (not using the product) but I hit a plateau and was stuck with the same weight for about 2 months. I am 5' 10" male As soon as I started taking hardcore my energy in the gym was outstanding using the right diet you will see amazing results. In 2 weeks I went from 315 to 305.9 and still going. I eat about 1900 calories a day low fat low carb and high protein, I go to the gym 6 days a week for about 1 1/2 hours doing high intensity strength training and cardio work outs. Does not import 2014 tax data from HR Block's Tax Act. In spite of this line in the description "Easily Import W2s, 1099s and last year's return from HR Block or TurboTax" A giant annoyance that literally cost me minutes! Otherwise, it's the same decent product as always and costs significantly less than the competition. Really wish Amazon would allow for half stars...
This planner is very large, about the size of a normal notebook. It has lots of space for writing things and the stickers are a huge plus! The sides have tabs for each month so it's easy to find your place. I put four stars instead of five because the pocket in the front does not hold a normal size sheet of paper. Other than that, it is a great agenda!
15 days ago today, I was a different person: naive, carefree, releasing a fart here and there without a thought given. But on that day, it changed. 5 hours after my cup of sugar-free gummy bears, a grim reminder of my own mortality arrived in the form of shards of gummy mixed with bubbling diarrhea. Be sure and order a size down possibly 2. They are quite large but still give a decent amount of compression. I get cramps in my toes at night so i wear these to bed and they disappear. I will be buying the shorter ones for summer though.
