Ive been using the slendertone ab toner for about 4 weeks now. I have a athletic past however recently gained a few pounds and extra fat in my mid section. Keep in mind I have a 3 yr old in which was birthed by c-section so needless to say my tummy skin is still slightly flabby. The slendertone ive been looking into for about 2 yrs now of course reading reviews and as seen on tv items in general i was alittle skeptic. Finally purchased it and I use the product 2 times a day and when I tell you shocked. I've tried body wraps, suana pods, and excerise. However not wanting to lose weight yet just sculpt and tone my mid section this has worked for me. After just 2 days I could see the firmness in not only my skin but abs as well. Week 4 and I still haven't had to replace my gel pads and just recently had to replace the batteries that came included. The only thing I regret is my reservation of the slendertone and not purchasing it sooner. Don't get me wrong i don't have rock hard abs yet but the tranformation in just the little time I have been using it is enough for me. I've seen a lot of poor reviews on this product and while it's taken me a while to figure out where everything is, it still works. The UI is a bit confusing. I wouldn't say that things are easily found or in a common sense location... but "help" points you in the right direction. The UI learning curve is a bit steeper than older versions of the program, but it still gets the job done once you figure it out. And, it doesn't crash as much as my 2006 version with Win7, so that's huge plus. Backups are handy and nice to have.

If you can tolerate slightly higher costs from Peachtree or the slightly more complicated alternative MYOB program, I would recommend you try those first. Quickbooks is a marketing machine, more than a functional program. They are constantly removing function from prior versions in order to force upgrades. In addition, the few maintenance upgrades they do release are bug prone nightmares. I recently spent 4 hours (literally) with customer support trying to repair my system from the Release 9 upgrade for Quickbooks 2009 Pro edition. Even after this, I have recurring issues with menus having deleted my link to the Customer Manager online service.....which I also pay a monthly fee for. During part of this "upgrade" process I had to revert to HAND WRITING my invoices in order to get shipments out on time! I will be exploring ways to migrate out of this program in 2010. Do not become captive to these folks who appear to be the worst of all combinations, both greedy AND incompetent. Hey, Greedy and Competent I can deal with!
Neither my husband or I had any relief with this product. I must say, though, I haven't found any product that worked well on the pain of arthritis.
